Awarded in September 2018 by the Haskell–NV2A Joint Venture, Norwegian Cruise Line Terminal B—known as the *“Pearl of Miami”*—stands as a defining landmark at PortMiami, the Cruise Capital of the World. Alphacladding executed the full scope of the façade package, including the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of the custom curtain wall system. The project required rigorous coordination and precision, encompassing detailed engineering documentation, comprehensive visual and performance mock-ups, and a highly controlled manufacturing process. Installation was successfully completed on February 26, 2021, with all units delivered and installed to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The result is a façade system that seamlessly integrates architectural expression with durability and efficiency, contributing to an iconic structure that reflects both innovation and excellence.
