Orlando Health Children's Pavilion
The Orlando Health Children’s Pavilion, located in Orlando, Florida, represents a transformative advancement in pediatric healthcare and highlights the growing need for highly specialized medical facilities designed exclusively for children and their families. Awarded to Alphacladding LLC in May 2024, this landmark project is being constructed by Haskell as the General Contractor and was thoughtfully designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Helmut, Obata & Kassabaum (HOK). Alphacladding is providing a fully customized curtain wall façade solution, engineered through an intensive design-assist and coordination process to meet the Pavilion’s unique architectural vision, performance criteria, and stringent healthcare standards. Our scope reflects not only technical excellence, but also a deep understanding of the critical role building envelopes play in healthcare environments—where safety, durability, energy performance, and occupant comfort are paramount. For Alphacladding, participation in healthcare projects represents a long-term commitment to supporting the medical community through façade systems that contribute to healing-centered design. The custom façade enhances the building’s architectural expression while promoting natural light, thermal efficiency, and environmental control—key elements in fostering a comforting and secure atmosphere for young patients and their families. Through this project and others within the healthcare sector, Alphacladding reaffirms its dedication to delivering façade solutions that combine innovation, precision engineering, and compassionate purpose—supporting facilities where performance is not optional, but essential.
